Caroline is a painter and ceramic artist based in Haworth, West Yorkshire. She has been a working artist for many years and is delighted to be returning to Staithes Festival of Art for her fifth year at Lahney Cottage. She will be exhibiting recent paintings, various ceramic vessels, individual handmade tiles and especially for the festival, a variety of ceramic fish. Caroline's work is rich in colour and texture. Her paintings exude an ethereal quality as she endeavours to describe her experiences and connections to wild, open and ancient environments. Expect a warm welcome in this tiny old fisherman's cottage.
